We hope you are in love with our products and want to keep them forever, but we recognize that sometimes things happen. If you wish to return your product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee of your purchase price on any product purchased from our website. Simply Contact Us for details on how to start the return process.  (Shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.)  Once we receive your returned product, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We offer free shipping on purchases but not returns.  Depending on the terms of your bank or credit card, please allow several days to see the refund on your statement. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

Exchanges

We can also replace defective or damaged items within 1 year of purchase. If you want to exchange a product or have a claim for a damaged iron, simply Contact Us for details on how to get your exchange started.  There may be a small shipping fee for exchanges depending on the issue and when you purchased.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, check your bank account again as there is often some processing time with your credit card company before a refund is posted. You can also contact your credit card company to check on the status of your refund.
